2. Products and Personalisation
All of our products are made to order using the photographs or information you provide.
We rely on the quality of your uploads, so please ensure your images are clear, high-resolution, and owned by you.
We may resize, crop, or slightly adjust your photos to achieve the best print quality.
By submitting photos, you confirm you have permission to use them and that they do not infringe on any third-party copyright or trademark.
3. Order Process
-
Once an order is placed and payment is received, we begin preparing your design.
-
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has started.
-
For bespoke or personalised items, production generally begins within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect confirmed orders.
Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or any other secure payment processor integrated on our site.
5. Production and Delivery
All personalised products are handmade to order.
Typical production time is 5–7 working days, though this may extend during busy periods.
We currently deliver within the UK.
Delivery times are estimates only and depend on Royal Mail or courier services.
AW3D Studio is not liable for postal delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the product and packaging.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Because our products are personalised and custom-made, they are exempt from cancellation or return under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 unless faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives faulty or damaged:
-
Contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
-
Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
-
We will assess the fault and, if confirmed, offer a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns for:
-
Customer-supplied photo errors (blurry, cropped, or low-quality images).
-
Spelling or wording mistakes supplied by the customer.
-
Slight variations in colour or finish due to 3D-printing materials and lighting.
Refunds (where approved) will be made via your original payment method.
